Connect
Epiphany works because so many people ensure that it works. There's a place for you — whatever your gifts, your time, your interest.
Pastoral Care
We Walk With You
We want to support our parishioners in all places in their common life. The clergy provide hospital visits, and a newly constituted lay pastoral care committee collects names of those in need and organizes outreach and prayer—distributing the care function across the body rather than leaving it solely to ordained leadership.
Our Lay Eucharistic Visitors also serve homebound and hospitalized parishioners, bringing communion and connection to those who cannot be with us on Sunday mornings.
Prayer requests are always welcome.

Outreach Ministries
Epiphany has always been a church that shows up for its neighbors. Here's how we put our faith into action.
Wednesday Night Dinner Program
Every Wednesday at 6 pm, we serve a hot, nutritious dinner to anyone who needs one—feeding upwards of 200 food- and housing-insecure neighbors each week, supported by several dozen volunteers, many not parishioners but friends of the parish.
New York Presbyterian–Weill Cornell is a proud partner, offering monthly health screenings for our guests.
If interested in volunteering, please email info@epiphanynyc.org.
This is our flagship outreach ministry—the most tangible expression of the church's commitment to the margins, and a front door to our parish community.
Grow
Formation & Discipleship
We value serious theological education and a thorough equipping of our congregation—making disciples, not just attendees. Epiphany offers formation opportunities for every age and stage.

Adult Formation
Sunday morning series exploring scripture, theology, and the life of faith. Past topics include the Psalms, early church theology, Isaiah, Nativity stories, and the Holy Sepulchre.
Our Walk in Love course offers 30 weeks of deep engagement with Episcopal identity and practice. Lenten prayer practices round out the year.

Children's Sunday School
For ages 3 through 10, our Sunday School runs concurrent with Sunday worship. Children explore the stories of our faith through age-appropriate lessons, crafts, and activities.
Led by Marilyn Castillo.

Youth Group
One of the diocese's most popular adolescent youth groups. Meets Tuesday nights for fellowship, formation, and fun.
Our youth serve as acolytes, readers, and intercessors. They participate in stewardship and outreach — baking pies for the Wednesday Night Dinner, fundraising for community causes, and partnering with Church of the Heavenly Rest for Vacation Bible School.

Prayer & Spiritual Growth
We are prioritizing more opportunities for prayer and spiritual growth in the year ahead. Watch this space for contemplative prayer groups, quiet days, and retreats.
