SUMMARY:Carter Burden Senior Lunch Program 2025
DESCRIPTION:EIn September\, Church of the Epiphany revived a partnership with the Carter Burden Network that was first started 45 years ago as we welcomed 120 senior citizens to lunch in the Nave of the church. Every day\, Monday through Friday\, the Carter Burden Senior Lunch Program serves a hot lunch to all seniors 62 years and older. A great wealth of appreciation goes out to the staff of both Epiphany and Carter Burden for making all of this possible. The smiles\, laughter and conversations that fill the church as people gather to eat\, to visit\, and to deepen community are just some of the many blessings that come to us when we say “Yes!” to God. Congratulations to the Carter Burden Network and to the leadership of the Church of the Epiphany on this joy-filled beginning.
